Cancelation policies

Flexible: Full refund 1 day prior to activity

  • If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given to Guberni within 24 hours of activity start.
  • Guberni will mediate when necessary, and has the final say in all disputes.
  • An activity is officially canceled when the guest clicks the cancelation button on the booking details page, which they can find in Activities You Have Registered For.
  • Cancelation policies may be superseded or cancelations by Guberni for any other reason permitted under the Terms of Service. Please review these exceptions.

Moderate: Full refund 5 days prior to activity start
